President-elect Joe Biden moved ahead Monday with his transition plans as he announced the members of his national COVID-19 task force, while President Donald Trump continued to deny the election results and top Republicans in Washington avoided the longstanding tradition of acknowledging the winner. The task force unveiling came on the same day that the United States surpassed 10 million coronavirus cases.
