It's been the constant drumbeat of the Democrats since November 9th, 2016: They have vowed to retake the House and Senate in the 2018 midterms. But with a handful of successes in the rearview mirror, there are signs the so-called blue wave might already be breaking. With a strengthening economy, foreign policy wins for Trump and rising approval numbers, it appears that some Democrats are starting to worry.
