U.S. Reps. Stephen Lynch and Ed Markey have agreed to keep outside money out of their primary fight for the Democratic nomination in the senate special election, according to Lynch's campaign.
A similar agreement, called "The People's Pledge," was used during U.S. Sen Elizabeth Warren's win against former Sen. Scott Brown.
