Last week was a whirlwind of political news, from Pres. Obama's inauguration to Sec. Clinton and Sen. Kerry's separate Senate testimonies. This week is equally hectic. And gun safety is up for review on Wednesday.

If Kerry's confirmed, we'll get official announcements from candidates for his seat — that means you, Stephen Lynch. In or out? — for a special election to be held June 25th.

Finally, politicos look to Tuesday night as a potential return-to-form for Mayor Menino as he gives his State of the City speech at 7 PM.

Scot Lehigh and Graham Wilson joined Emily Rooney to talk about the busy week ahead.
