In 2008, the youth vote’s historic turnout helped to elect President Obama. Since then, 16.8 million young people have become eligible to vote. Will either candidate galvanize young voters to once again help determine who wins next week’s Presidential nomination? Or will young voters lapse into pre-2008 voter turnout levels?
