In 1981, Steve Davis' sister, Debbie, was allegedly strangled by James "Whitey" Bulger and his right-hand man, Steve Flemmi. Now, Davis is a leading advocate in the criminal trial against Bulger, hoping to seek justice for his sister.

However, in June Bulger won a 4-month trial delay, and Davis is not happy about it.

“Waiting and waiting and he’s costing us money every time he has to walk into that courtroom, and now Bulger is stalling,” Davis said in a video he posted to his blog.

Davis jokingly spoke of a faster way to finish things.

“Free Whitey, I’ll be his judge, jury, and executioner," said Davis. "I bet I’d be tried and convicted in a week.”

Currently, Bulger's trial date is set for March 4, 2013.
