Rep. Jim McGovern, D-Mass., was just inside the part of the Capitol that a mob was attempting to storm last week when a police officer shot and killed one person. Since then, the House has impeached President Donald Trump a second time, with McGovern using his time on the floor to tell congressional Republicans that the country cannot heal without real accountability for stoking the fires of Trumpism.
