Alonzo Bodden has been called "one of the funniest people you'll ever see on stage" by Daily Show host Trevor Noah and won the third season of the show NBC reality show, Last Comic Standing. Bodden bills his humor as "cynically good-natured," and in the age of political division, his cynical side is getting a lot of exercise. In 2011, Bodden hosted a Showtime special called Who's Paying Attention, about pop culture and "the decline of western civilization." He now hosts a podcast by the same name, where he riffs on everything from NFL protests to President Trump, and is a frequent panelist on NPR’s weekly quiz show, Wait Wait, Don't Tell Me! He joined Adam Reilly, in for Jim Braude.
