Chase Kevin Allen

Charge(s):
Destruction or injury to buildings or property in special maritime and territorial jurisdiction;
Act of physical violence on grounds

Arrested June 30, 2021 in Seekonk, Mass.

Case Status: Defendant remains on personal recognizance and status hearing set for Sept. 21, 2021 at 1pm.

Noah S. Bacon

Charge(s):
Knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority;
Enter or remain in the gallery of either House of Congress;
Disorderly conduct in a Capitol Building;
Violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds;
Obstruction of Justice/Congress

Arrested June 30, 2021 in Somerville, Mass.

Case Status: Arrested 6/30.

Suzanne Ianni

Charge(s):
Knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority;
Disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds

Arrested January 19 in Boston, Mass.

Case Status: Hearing set for July 28 at 3 pm.

Ianni was an elected member of Natick's Town Meeting at the time of the insurrection, and remains one today.

Brian McCreary

Charge(s):
Obstruction of an official proceeding;
Entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds;
Disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds;
Disorderly conduct in a Capitol Building;
Parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol Building

Arrested February 4, 2021 in Springfield, Mass.

Case Status:
Arraigned 2/26 where he pleaded not guilty to counts 1-5.
Defendant remains on personal recognizance. Status conference on July 30 at 9:15 am.

Mark Sahady

Charge(s):
Entering or remaining in restricted building or grounds;
Disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds;
Disorderly conduct in a Capitol Building

Arrested on January 19, 2021 in Boston, Mass.

Case Status:
Criminal information issued Febraury 19, 2021.
Sahady pleaded not guilty on all counts. Status hearing set for August 3, 2021 at 1:15 pm.

Sahady is one of the leaders of "Super Happy Fun America," the group that organized Boston's so-called "Straight Pride" parade. The group recently hosted a fundraiser in Auburn, MA to raise cash to pay for legal fees.

Troy Sargent

Charge(s):
Forcibly assaulting, resisting, opposing, impeding Federal Officers;
Obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder;
Knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority;
Knowingly engaging in disorderly or disruptive conduct in restricted building or grounds;
Knowingly engaging in physical violence in restricted building or grounds;
Willfully and knowingly engaging in physical violence in Capitol Grounds or buildings

Arrested on March 9, 2021 in Pittsfield, Mass.

Case Status:
Sargent was indicted on March 26, 2021.
Sargent pleaded not guilty to counts 1-6.
Defendant remains on personal recognizance. Status conference set for August 19, 2021 at 10am.
