The Boston Press Photographers Association is showcasing the winners of its annual contest outdoors for the first time in its history this year. Boston Globe staff photographer Jessica Rinaldi and Thomson Reuters senior staff photographer Brian Snyder joined Jim Braude to talk about documenting the major stories of 2020.
“I’ve done this job for 20 years. I can’t imagine a harder time to go out,” Rinaldi said. “Because we were really fearful every day for our safety, for our health, for the safety of our subjects, for our families. It was a scary time.”
