Last night, we heard how parents are connecting to form learning pods with teachers and tutors from across the state. But what if you can't afford to pay for these services?
The Collaborative Parent Leadership Action Network (CPLAN) is setting up pods — free of charge to parents — in Boston and Brockton to help supplement district learning plans. We heard from CPLAN on this project.
Then, alongside a pandemic, 2020 is also a presidential and census year. We heard how the non-partisan organization Massachusetts Voter Table is working to ensure voters get their ballots in time for the election and return their census forms before the deadline at the end of September.
