Today, it was Matt Lauer, who was fired from NBC News after a co-worker filed a detailed complaint about inappropriate sexual behavior in the workplace. But is there anything we can do beyond simply reacting to the daily story on yet another high-profile man getting ousted for sexual misconduct?
