For more than 350 years, the standard for higher education has been four years inside a classroom to get a degree. But times are changing. More and more, online and hybrid classes are being offered as options for those juggling busy schedules. Now, with crushing college debt on the minds of many, the three-year model is getting more attention. Babson College just announced it will offer accelerated programs to all of its undergraduate students–one of several schools in the region with such a program.
