Academy Award winner and Sanders surrogate Susan Sarandon ( @SusanSarandon) joins Jim to talk about why she's feeling the Bern, what her problem is with Hillary, and whether she'd ever consider a run for office.
Sarandon is eager to have a woman president but is "disappointed" in Hillary Clinton's vote for the Iraq War. "I was asking questions and I was suffering for it." She hoped Elizabeth Warren would run.
"After Bush, the bar was pretty low," said Sarandon. "What Bernie is talking about doing is keeping people engaged...I think people are ready."
Sarandon has been outspoken about choosing Bernie. "I don't vote with my vagina. I vote with the issues," says Sarandon. "The very kernel of what it means to be feminist is to have choice about everything."
