An Uber driver accused of sexually assaulting a woman is due back in court.

Alejandro Done, 46, of Boston, will appear in Cambridge District Court Wednesday morning for a hearing to determine whether he's too dangerous to be released on bail.

Police say Done picked up the victim from a Boston residence on Dec. 6, presenting himself as a driver for the ride sharing service.

Instead, Done, who remains in custody, allegedly drove the victim to a secluded location where he beat and sexually assaulted her. He has pleaded not guilty to charges of rape, assault to rape, kidnapping, and assault and battery.

The Middlesex County District Attorney's Office says it's unclear if Done used information as an Uber driver to target the victim. Company records helped police to identify Done.
