Up until this week, the Orion space vehicle had hardly captured the public imagination, even though NASA says it’s their highest priority mission. The first test launch was scheduled for Thursday morning, until a wayward boat got in the way, then high wind, then an issue with the boosters.
Engineers say they’ll try again Friday morning.
