We’ve all had fried fish before. But what about fried shark?
The Fish Nerds, Dave Kellam and Clay Groves, faced off on Boston Public Radio’s News Quiz over panko-fried mako shark and aptly chosen Fish Eye Wine. The Fish Nerds recently reached a major milestone in fish nerdom: they’ve caught and eaten every single variety of freshwater fish in New Hampshire. They also reminisced about the time they went ice-fishing with Jim and Margery (spoiler alert: our city slicker hosts did not have the right kind of boots on, so you can imagine how that went.)
