It's not his first trip to Ireland, but it's his first trip as mayor of Boston. Walsh joined WGBH's Morning Edition by phone from Galway on Wednesday morning. Among the topics Walsh discussed: his trip and the "incredible outpouring of people sharing my election to mayor", his willingness to move forward on the Wynn casino and mitigation issues for Charlestown, and his appointment of Julie Burros as Boston's first Arts Chief.
