WGBH’s Phillip Martin recently drove to the Maryland home of Ruslan Tsarni, the uncle of the alleged Boston Marathon bombers. Martin shares details from the unrecorded, two-hour-long conversation, including Tsarni’s account of preparing Tamerlan Tsarnaev for burial and his belief that Tsarnaev wasn’t involved in the 2011 Waltham killings.
