The state's first civilian court administrator, Harry Spence, has been visiting one trial court per week since he started his term last year, and he talks about what he's seen, as well as efforts to bring the courts up to date by digitizing documents and allowing lawyers and citizens to file cases online. 

Joining him is Paula Carey, who was recently appointed chief justice of the Trial Court. She talks about how the courts are handling the thousands of cases kicked back to them because they might have been compromised by a scandal at the state drug lab.
