The widow of the dead Boston Marathon bombing suspect has hired a criminal lawyer with experience defending terrorism cases.

The announcement comes as the quest to find a resting place for her husband's body drags on and federal investigators continue to question her.

An attorney for Katherine Russell said Wednesday she has added New York lawyer Joshua Dratel to her team. He has represented a number of terrorism suspects since 9-11.

In Washington, the first in a series of hearings is planned today on government response and intelligence regarding the April 15 bombings.
