Massachusetts politicos are buzzing with news over a successor for John Kerry’s Senate seat. There will be a special election to fill the seat in June, but in the meantime an interim senator will be appointed.
Boston Public Radio checked in with a person who knows a little something about that- Paul Kirk- who was an interim senator from September 2009 to February 2010, filling the vacancy left by the death of Edward Kennedy.
