The Trauma Continues for Migrant Children After Reunification
It's been five days since the Trump administration missed a court-imposed deadline to reunite more than 100 young children with their parents — and still, only half of the kids 5-years-old and under are reunited with their families. But even for many of those who have now been returned to their parents, the impact of the emotional trauma remains.
