After three failed attempts in the Senate to dismantle Obamacare- there's no Republican hoping for a win this week more than Donald Trump.

Even if that means going after his own party to do it. Like in a tweet over the weekend, where he wrote, “It’s very sad that Republicans, even some that were carried over the line on my back, do very little to protect their president.”

The president, of course, was talking about loyalty – something that to him is in short supply in Washington these days.

But is the president right about disloyalty or is he the source of the problem?
