Tiffany Dufu was a high-flying career woman who appeared to sit calmly on the water, managing family and work responsibilities, while furiously peddling beneath the surface. Like so many successful working women, she did it all herself, and had no expectation that her husband could be a serious partner. Dufu finally found her equilibrium when she decided to stop doing. Her new book is “Drop the Ball: Achieving More By Doing Less.” It's our May selection for "Bookmarked: The Under the Radar Book Club."
