Two bailiffs were shot and killed at a courthouse in Berrien County, Mich., Monday afternoon, according to local reports.

A sheriff’s deputy and several other people were also wounded in the attack. The gunman was shot and killed by officers at the courthouse, according to the Detroit Free Press.
The suspect was an inmate on route to jail who grabbed the gun of an officer and started shooting, according to a local reporter.
