Over Memorial Day weekend, 17 teenagers were arrested for underage drinking at a house party in Hingham. Police said the homeowner, William Hacking, 51, was home at the time of the party. Hacking now faces criminal charges for violating the state’s Social Host Law, which means he could face up to a $2,000 fine or up to a year in prison if found guilty.

Are you a parent? Have you allowed underage drinking in your home? Is it safer to have your kids and company drink under your own roof? Or, is condoning drinking courting disaster?

Boston Public Radio’s Jim Braude and Margery Eagan will talk about it Tuesday on the show. Weigh in here in the comments section, on the Boston Public Radio Facebook page, or using Twitter using the hashtag #TalkToBPR.
