The Massachusetts Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union says Boston Police have been "spying" on antiwar groups that have no apparent tied to terrorism or crime.
Public records recently released by the Boston Police Department show that between 2007 and 2010, police were tracking activists and making video recordings of peaceful demonstrations, according the the ACLU. Emily Rooney speaks with ACLUM executive director Carol Rose and Boston Police Department spokeswoman Cheryl Fiandaca about the allegations.
