Last year, Boston rolled out its Hubway bike system to bring bicycles to the masses. Judging by the racks around town, and all the extra cyclists on the road, it's been a great success. But more cyclists on the road also has meant a growing number of reported accidents, some of them fatal.

Hubway is now in its second year of existence, so it may be time to reevaluate the program, bike safety, and uneasy relationship of cyclists, drivers and pedestrians.

David Watson, executive director of MassBike — a cyclist advocacy group — joins us to talk about keeping the peace on Boston's streets.
