A handful of physicians say that rewarding doctors for their performance instead of the number of services they perform is flawed. It’s a practice that rewards doctors for meeting certain targets, and docks pay for those who don’t. It’s a way of practicing medicine that is now part of the health care law that Massachusetts Gov.
