Based on the works of Ann Cleeves, Shetland is a murder mystery set against the stunning Scottish backdrop of the Shetland Isles. In tonight’s episode, Thomas Malone returns to Shetland after 23 years in jail for murder. His release coincides with the murder of local journalist Sally McColl. Detective Inspector Jimmy Perez must investigate both cases.
