**Nick Savarese** the Vice President for Advancement and Marketing at Special Olympics Massachusetts (SOMA). SOMA provides year-round sports training and competition for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Nick has worked at SOMA for over nine years in a variety of capacities. Currently, Nick leads the organization's major gift, annual gift, and foundation fundraising efforts. Nick also leads SOMA's marketing and communications efforts and serves on SOMA's management team. Prior to SOMA, Nick founded and directed Sky's The Limit, a Colorado-based nonprofit providing community opportunities for youth with disabilities. Nick has a B.A. from Metropolitan State University of Denver.

**Shira Springer** is an investigative and enterprise reporter for the Sports section of the *Boston Globe*. She covers a wide range of subjects, including local professional teams, sports business, and the Olympics. Prior to her current role, she served as Celtics beat writer. Her journalism career started at the Globe in 1997.

Lightweight sculler **Andrew Campbell Jr**, from the USA, earned his first international medal in 2010 – a World Championship bronze in the junior men’s single sculls. The following year, he added yet another bronze to his new collection, this time in the under-23 lightweight men’s single sculls. In 2012, he accomplished the same feat, adding a third World Championship bronze medal to his growing collection, but that year at the senior level at just 20 years of age. He has since become an under-23 World Champion twice in the lightweight single. He is set to represent the United States in the Men's Lightweight Double Scull at the upcoming 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Braz
