Jazz is in full swing in the WGBH Studio at the BPL throughout the month of April. WGBH’s Eric Jackson kicked off our series last Wednesday with wonderful conversation about the history of jazz in Boston and a performance by the Miko Miwa trio.
On Wednesday April 10th, Eric will be highlighting children’s books on jazz with BPL children’s librarian Maija Meadows Hesagawa. We will also hear from MIXCLA.
Jim and Margery are back with Boston Public Library on Tuesday and Friday. Plus, we’ll be preparing for a special Marathon Monday show here at the BPL. The library is closed on Patriots Day so there won’t be seating in the Newsfeed Café, but you can listen to the show on 89.7 and online that day.
Please, can the weather gods grace us with more sunshine?
