Joining hosts Margery Eagan and Jared Bowen to talk about three new murals that have been commissioned for Somerville were Nina Eichner, artist and special events manager for the Somerville Arts Council — a department of the City of Somerville — and Deidra Montgomery, a musician and arts administrator who is also on the board of the Somerville Arts Council. Two of the new murals will be in East Somerville and one will be in Union Square.
Eichner and Montgomery discussed the mural projects and faced off on the news of the week.
