The dark past of one of Massachusetts' political icons is now on the big screen in the movie “Chappaquiddick.” The film follows the events surrounding U.S. Senator Ted Kennedy’s 1969 car crash in which his passenger, Mary Jo Kopechne, was killed. The film focuses on how Kennedy — played by Jason Clark — handled the aftermath.
Andria Blackman plays Kennedy's wife, Joan, in the film — a native of East Bridgewater, Blackman is including roles in the films "My Best Friend's Girl," "The Way Way Back" and "Ted 2." She joined Jim Braude to discuss her role in the movie and how to break into the industry, from Boston.
