For 99 years, November 11 has been a day set aside to honor the American men and women who have served our country in uniform. Among those millions of military veterans are two local residents, Chris Morse and Kimberly Walker. Both enlisted at the age of 17, Morse in the Army and Walker in the Navy. To mark Veterans Day 2017, we spoke with them at our WGBH Studio at the Boston Public Library, as part of our series called “Hear at the Library.” You can hear Morse's reflections about why he's dedicated his life to helping other veterans adjust to civilian life.
