The team is starting a new project in Saratoga Springs, NY. Tom Silva and Kevin OConnor meet homeowners Evan, Whitney, and Evans mother Susan. The home, in the family for seven generations, was built in 1864. Plans for the home include reconstructing the additions and creating an open floor plan. Jenn Nawada gets a tour of the yard.
