A company that's become a political lightning rod re-entered the spotlight Oct. 17 when a busload of workers rallied at the Attleboro, Mass., headquarters of Sensata Technologies to protest their imminent layoffs. Bain Capital owns Sensata. The protesters, who came from Freeport, Ill., asked to see the Bain subsidiary's CEO and called on the company not to offshore jobs to China. WGBH's Phillip Martin has the story.
