Investigations & Impact Editor

Singer is the Investigations and Impact Editor at the GBH News Center for Investigative Reporting. Singer has spearheaded GBH’s award-winning series, the Color of Public Money, which has exposed the systemic exclusion of minority-owned businesses from public contracts in Massachusetts. He temporarily served as GBH News’ Interim Executive Editor in 2021.

Previously, Singer has served as the Politics Editor for USA Today, the White House Correspondent for the UPI wire service and as a stage manager/roadie for the National Folk Festival in Lowell (and other cities).
