Iowa Caucus Chaos
The Iowa caucus was supposed to narrow the Democratic presidential field, but instead it caused confusion as precincts ran into technical problems reporting results to the state party. Wittes, editor-in-chief of the Lawfare blog, and Hennessey, executive editor of Lawfare, sat dowin with Greater Boston host Jim Braude Tuesday.
