On Monday, the Supreme Court decided to take up a case about a new Mississippi law that looks to ban most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. How likely is the Supreme Court to strike down or greatly narrow the protections of Roe v. Wade? Jim Braude was joined by Suffolk University professor Renee Landers, who also serves on the board of directors for Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, to discuss the legal implications.

“Abortion access is actually not equal right now,” Landers said. “Around the country, the situation is quite dire in many states for access to abortion — women have to travel long distances.”
