While Americans line up to get their shots against COVID-19, vaccine hesitancy — and an even greater disregard for masks and distancing — threaten to stand in the way of herd immunity. A new poll from NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist highlights the challenge ahead, with 49% of Republican men saying they will refuse the vaccine.
