Horn is the former chair of the New Hampshire Republican Party, a co-founder of the Lincoln Project and a columnist for the New Hampshire Union Leader.

Allan Lichtman discussed the reasoning behind his prediction that Joe Biden will clinch a victory in the 2020 election, after correctly predicting the winner of every presidential race across the last nine elections. Lichtman is a distinguished professor of History at American University and the author of numerous books, including the election perennial "Predicting the Next President: The Keys to the White House.”
