The book "Atlas Obscura, 2nd Edition: An Explorer's Guide to the World's Hidden Wonders" was released earlier this month and co-founder of Atlas Obscura, Joshua Foer, joined Boston Public Radio on Tuesday to speak about the latest edition.

Foer described one of his favorite 'hidden wonders' that can be found in Massachusetts.

"One that I stumbled on when I was up on the North Shore was the paper house in Rockport," he said. "It's a house that was built in the 1920s by a mechanical engineer who had an eccentric dream, which was to build a house entirely out of newspaper, and it's still standing."

Foer is a freelance journalist and author of "Moonwalking with Einstein: The Art and Science of Remembering Everything and 2006 U.S.A. Memory Champion."
