As you've probably seen, a literal sinkhole has opened up on the White House lawn — and if metaphors could talk this one would be screaming. President Donald Trump doubled down today on his unproven claims that the Obama administration embedded a spy in his 2016 campaign, solely for political purposes. And, as part of a compromise with the president to avoid a full Department Of Justice investigation, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein agreed to share some of the highly classified Russia investigation evidence with lawmakers — but only Republican lawmakers.
