Earlier this week, the Supreme Court temporarily reinstated the third version of Donald Trump’s travel ban. But new numbers show the President might have been affecting travel long before that ruling. Data from the National Travel & Tourism Office and the Department off Commerce show that international tourism to the U.S. is down 4% for the first half of this year. It’s being called the ‘Trump Slump,’ because those numbers coincide with falling opinions of the U.S. and President Trump, around the world.
