Phase one of the Republican’s bid to replace President Barack Obama’s signature health care law -the Affordable Care Act - may have hit a road block Monday after the Congressional Budget Office predicted 24 million people would lose their insurance by 2026. The proposal, which has been endorsed by President Donald Trump, has received a cold reception by members on both sides of the aisle including health care experts and conservative groups.
