Boston Mayor Marty Walsh and his school superintendent Tommy Chang rejected a request from the Boston Latin School faculty that the recent resignations of Headmaster Lynne Mooney Teta and Assistant Headmaster Malcolm Flynn be declined.
That action came during an "extremely" heated and contentious morning-long meeting at the school, which was closed to the public and the press.
