No, the ongoing battle between Donald Trump and the press got more intense after scrutiny over the fundraiser for veterans. The presidential candidate made it downright personal.

Under the Gun: Was Katie Couric’s Documentary Biased? -The media as a whole really gets the first amendment,the right to free speech. But when it comes to the second, the right to bear arms - not so much. It’s an issue Katie Couric undertook in a recent documentary, and while well intentioned - she tipped her hand.

Gawker Shocker -  When Hulk Hogan won a massive lawsuit against Gawker, it was hard to feel much sympathy for the website, which had published parts of a sex tape featuring the former wrestler.  But now we know Hogan's suit was financed by PayPal founder Peter Thiel, whose strategy for exacting revenge on the media should make the rest of us nervous.
