Boston Mayor Marty Walsh delivers his first State of the City address tonight. He made some history last year  by appointing the city’s first-ever chief diversity officer, but Walsh admits City Hall has a long way to go to even the playing field. Some 35 years ago, another Boston mayor made diversity a top priority. Here’s a look back at Kevin White’s 13th State of the City address, dusted off from our WGBH vault.
